"Clean apartment. We had the 3-bedroom apartment with 3 bathrooms, which was very comfortable. Everything for cooking was there and also coffee! We had a wonderful stay. There is a barbecue in the garden (including charcoal). Berat city center is about 15 min on foot or 5 min by car."

"Our family had a wonderful stay at Viola’s beautiful town house with a lovely private and surprisingly quiet garden right in the centre of Shkodër. Viola is extremely welcoming and went out of her way to help and guide us during our stay. She speaks both Italian and French and her son Mateo was readily present on WhatsApp to coordinate and elaborate in fluent English. In total it was a full on show of genuine hospitality. A clear cut recommendation for anyone who wants to have a homely base to check out Shkodër and its beautiful surroundings."

"It was bigger than expected, we had the room with blue beds. Only 4 minutes to walk to the closest beach, a little longer walk to the beach that we liked (puerto Rico and stone coast). Looks like a new apartment, clean and had all the kitchen things we needed to make a easy breakfast."

"Our time there was awesome. The property is really clean and new and much better than on the photo. The apartment is really cozy and feels nice. There are really silent, no noise of neighbors or noise of the cars. The beach is not far from there, and also we find a really good car rental “Best rental Sarande” near the apartment. The owner was really nice and polite lady. She advised us really good caffe with cakes “Dolce” and on the way to the beach we found out the fig tree! Also owner even get us to bus station in 6:30am! Really appreciate it) And I really advise this apartment you will enjoy the time here."

"Great location in Sarande. A short walk to whatever you might need. The apartment was clean, very big and perfect for a family of four. Great view from balcony, where you can enjoy the sunset. Air-condition works perfectly, and was nice to have on those warm evenings. The pictures do not lie! Everything is as advertised. The host, Alban, was very helpful and accommodating, he could answer every question we had. Many nice places to eat in the area, and the swimmingpool-area for the building was very nice. Highly recommend this apartment."
