"Excellent Location Breakfast was yummy Very caring host Just 3/5 minutes from beach"
"The swimming pool was not open."
"I stayed for one night and I can not describe in words how nice and clean apartment was, I will most definitely stay there again in the summer when I arrive for two weeks. Apartment is very close to the sea and has beautiful views overlooking the sea. To finish I have to also add kindness of our host who was so friendly and welcoming and was happy to answer any of our questions."
"There is absolutely nothing that we did not like about this apartment. Everything was just brilliant"
"Everything was clean and well maintained. The location is great, close to the beaches. Breakfast was excellent. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, yet only a 10-minute walk from the promenade. The host was extremely kind and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this place and come again!"

"Vila e sa po ndertuar. Ambienti shume i paster dhe i ngrohte. Te zotet e shtepise ishin shume mirprites."
"Ilir was an exceptional host—very friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was perfect—spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The WiFi was great, and having a washing machine was a great bonus. The location couldn’t have been better. There’s a supermarket right next door, with cafés and a bakery just across the street. It’s also only a short walk to a money exchange, the bazaar/market, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Skanderbeg Square and other iconic attractions are all within easy walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Tirana and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family. Thank you so much, Ilir, for your wonderful hospitality!"
"Everything was beyond our expectations! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the very first moment. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly come back again!"

"The property is very central to old Berat, but has free parking within the Villa’s grounds. It is easy to explore Berat on foot from there, so it is ideally situated. The family is very friendly and helpful, and we had a lovely breakfast each morning. We really enjoyed and would definitely recommend"

"Very kind owner, very helpful. Suggested to drive us from the airport and to the airport on his own record, for free. Amazing location, close to everything."

"Absolutely beautiful room, massive balcony too. People say the breakfast is limited but this is a lie, lots of variation given to you. The staff were really helpful and when we left the next morning, the two men helped us with our route. Parking easy and right outside - but make sure you let them know!"
