"The location is excellent, situated by Tirana Lake with a balcony offering stunning views. It's conveniently located for accessing various attractions, with taxi services readily available just below the building. Furthermore, there's a supermarket and a coffee shop/bakery on the ground floor of the building. The staff was readily available for assistance, and their offices were conveniently located on the second floor of the same building, making it easy to address any requests or demands."
