"Appartamento super funzionale, situato in una posizione veramente strategica in quanto a piedi è possibile visitare tutte le più importanti attrattive del posto. Accurata è stata la gestione da part dell'host, disponibilissima e di una gentilezza disarmante. Consiglio vivamente, sopratutto se come me si viaggia con figli piccoli."

"The best part was the view from the balcony...simply awesome. The location was very good, lots of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes around. Free parking, which was easy to find downstairs. The owner is is a nice guy. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, but has a small slow moving elevator."

"A very lovely place to stay and enjoy your vacation. It had all one needs for a short stay. The location was quite good, a lovely and not too long of a walk to the 'center of Ksamil' as well as to the beach. Very helpful host, my room was ready before noon and I was allowed to come already then. It was very helpful to have a parking spot right in front of the villa."
