"This is such a grand hotel! It boasts a luxury feel and is spacious, with multiple bars, swimming pool, saunas and steam rooms, children's play area, spa, gym, ski hire and ski-in/ski-out. The pool area is great, with lots of loungers and seats and a small bar. The bed and pillows were comfy and the whole bedroom/bathroom was modern. Strong hairdryer and nice mirrors. The blackout curtains made sure the room was dark for sleeping and the lighting of the room was nice. Friendly reception team and Arman from the ski hire team was friendly too."

"The lack of knowledge regarding drinks was astounding. The menu doesn't describe the ingredients of the special cocktails, and when the waiter was asked, he radioed through to try to find out from the bar team. To make things easier, we chose classic pina coladas - a safe option, surely? Surely not. No pineapple or coconut flavours, just rum and whipped cream in an ice-cream glass. We didn't bother trying anymore. When ordering drinks at the sports bar, it took 3 members of staff to understand that we wanted a beer, even after pointing to the only beer tap there. They got 2 bottles of that beer from a different bar and must have taken about 15 mins. Strange breakfast buffet. Would be nice to have some music in the sports bar, or sports on TV. The water pressure in the shower is awful. Which is a shame because it's a lovely bathroom. The A/C would heat the bedroom but not cool it, so it was a bit too warm for us. Great location for skiing, but it's on a hill up a windy road, so you'd ideally want a taxi to the restaurants etc in the winter. They have sufficient skis and boots to hire, but the snowboard and boots selection and quality was poor. We ended up hiring snowboard boots from a hire place at Ropeway."

"We loved the view from the room and the location of the hotel. They had many amenities such as table tennis, billiards, swimming pool, sauna, steam, and spa. There is a lot of free parking available at the hotel."

"The hotel was beautiful ,with great restaurant and good quality of services(spa, swimming pool...) relaxing place The tastes of the lobby restaurants food was excellent."

"The breakfast was poor For a 5 stars hotel .The only coffee was nescafe-instant coffee not even hot chocolate for kids and short variety of food. The wine list to the lobby restaurant was not update so most of the wines that they offer was out of stock"

"Limited breakfast buffet, e.g. no coffee available, no pancakes or waffles for children, no jams or variety of fruits. Overall, dining options within the hotel are not many, just one restaurant on the ground floor. Leakages in the bathroom with humidity smell, toilet seat not fixed properly, this does not align with a 5 star hotel"

"I liked the location, the swimming pool sauna etc. the ambiance the night entertainment. The rooms were comfortable. Very nice resort we didn't want to leave to go anywhere else."

"THE Hotel was new and clean,everything was good.I think a cafe in the park overlooking the forest wouldn't hurt during the summer."

"Everything is normal, I would only recommend being a little more attentive to the availability of room care products, and I think a 5-star hotel should at least have a coffee maker."
