"Несмотря на то,что не так близко к центру города,всегда можно добраться на метро и автобусе. Но лучше метро или такси,потому что автобусы едут в два раза дольше,чем указано в приложениях(из-за пробок). Касательно самого дома,всё отлично. Все необходимые вещи были представлены: чистое постельное белье,полотенца. Дополнительный комплект на смену. В жару спасал кондиционер. Ближе к ночи обычно засыпали под разговоры соседей, но думаю это связано с тем,что днем очень жарко и только к ночи местные выходили пообщаться)"

"Понравились все, очень хорошие хозяева, отзывчивые, помогут, подскажут,иногда подкармливали,было чисто, достаточно просторно, горячая вода была всегда, недалеко от центра в 5-10минутах, рядом остановка. Все соответствовало фотографиям"

"Отличный гостевой дом в атмосферном районе Еревана. Хорошие хозяева, хороший ремонт, хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Далековато от центра города, зато близко к железнодорожному вокзалу и станции метро."

"We checked in quickly and without any problems after 6 PM. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and bathroom fixtures in the room was excellent — much better than what we usually see in similar places. There are two spacious shared kitchens (one inside and one outside), fully equipped with everything needed, which was very convenient. The outdoor area is beautiful: quiet, full of greenery, with lawns, a garden, benches, tables, and even gazebos where it’s very pleasant to sit in the shade or enjoy breakfast. There are also barbecue facilities in the yard, which is a great addition. The location is close enough to Lake Sevan to reach it on foot, and the Norashen Reserve is also nearby, but it’s best visited by car."

"Great position full of amenities all around. Very warm apartment. Very good kitchen. The owner is always available and a great guy, he will assist and help promptly. Beds are super comfortable. The cab will cost you 2-3 euro to bring you to the city centre!"

"Апартаменты очень понравилось, достаточно близко к аэропорту ехали примерно 10 минут. На Яндекс такси обошлось 500₽ на две стороны . Чуть дороже предлагали трансфер , но мне не понадобилась . Апартаментах было все необходимое даже стиральный порошок . Мелочь но с одной стороны приятно . Если буду в Армении еще раз то точно к вам . Вежливые хозяева ,что делала чувствовать как дома."
