"Private, spacious enough and great value for money. The extended window area was really nice, and the hosts were really kind and responsive. The location was good - quiet and in walkable distance from the centre (around 7min). Would recommend for a weekend trip in Gyumri!"

"The shower area is not as planned out, as the water leaks all over the floor after the shower. Another note for those whom it may concern - there are outdoor stairs to get to the apartment."

"It’s clean, the air conditioning is awesome! Easy check in with the MTour shop downstairs. Clean, medium sized apartment, the bed is very comfortable, the internet is fast, I recommend it"

"Удобное расположение почти в самом центре города, чистые просторные апартаменты, со всем необходимым(полотенца, посуда, гигиенический набор, кофе, чай, посуда и тд) , хозяин всегда на связи. Интернет стабильный, свет, интернет и вода ни разу не пропадали (большая проблема в Гюмри), было прохладно(но это в целом в Армении зимой норма, топят не как в России, надо быть брать тёплые тапочки), но был кондиционер который прекрасно справлялся с обогревом."

"Я решил отметить день рождения жены в городе Гюмри и по отзывам выбрал этот дом- и не ошибся!Мы отдыхали с семьёй (с детьми). Нас встретил хозяин,заселил,все объяснил.Дом очень чистый,начиная с постельного белья до ванной комнаты.Все есть необходимое,даже чай и кофе.Отопление было включено.Балкончик просто красота))) От центра города 10 минут пешком, рядом очень много магазинов, рынок, пекарня... Спасибо за хороший отдых."

"这里有三只友好的小野猫，房间干净整洁，虽然没有停车产但是有公共停车的地方。床有些塌陷，但是房子干净整洁，有一个漂亮的阳台。设施设备都很齐全。推荐入住！"
