"Apartment was tidy and warm, really good and convenient location, city centre and supermarkets are pretty close. There was variety of kitchen utensils so it's really good if you planning to cook something."

"Месторасположение, самый центр города. Рядом есть хорошие магазины. Площадь республика буквально в 10 минутах ходьбы. Стильный ремонт, большой метраж. Удобные кровати. На кухне есть все необходимое для готовки."

"Отличная просторная квартира со свежим ремонтом расположена на улице Сарьяна. Одна из лучших квартир, в которых оставались в Ереване (прилетаем каждый год). Балкон отдельная любовь, в жаркое время приятно провести время. До любой точки можно дойти пешком, 10-15 минут до каскада, площади, оперы и тд., магазины продуктовые также рядом. На улице Сарьяна много заведений, где можно позавтракать, пообедать, поужинать - локация квартиры отличная! Хозяин был на связи все время,очень доброжелательный, все прошло замечательно!"

"Квартира со свежим ремонтом , чистая , есть удобный балкон . Приятный, вежливый владелец . Заезжали и выезжали бесконтактно . В квартире все есть и чай с кофе и гели / порошки , Тб чем были приятно удивлены. Поэтому рекомендую к проживанию!"

"It's a great apartment, not only beautiful, but also comfortable. The apartment has a comfortable temperature, neither cold nor hot (a rarity in Armenia). Very convenient light switches: you can turn off the light directly from the bed. There is nature all around, and on the balcony you can hear birds singing in the forest."

"This is a very nice house, you have your own privacy. Everything works well there. Hosts is nice and have good communication. Taxi is not so expensive so don't worry about the distance to Ijevan. There is your own kitchen and bathroom. I recommend it, I had a nice time there. WiFi works well so you can work good also"

"We had a great long stay at this lovely and clean place in Tsaghkadzor. The apartment is well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are two beautiful balconies with great views, which made the experience even better. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my time there. While there's no washing machine inside the unit, there's a convenient laundry service on the first floor. There's a kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone looking to stay in Tsaghkadzor!"
