"Location is amazing, everything is so close, a bar and place to eat is 100m away. Friendly staff. The terrace is beautiful, very bright if the weather is good. In overall loved the stay, it was very comfortable."

There was no dish soap or anything to clean the dishes.

I did not understand it when booking, but our room had shared Bathroom and toilet, but it was fine, as there were no other people on the floor except us. Unfortunately the windows in our room are not openable. Even with existing ventilation and side fan it felt abit stuffy in the room.

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

The only negative for me was the shower was a little small.

Metro and all the Transport are really near and Easy tò take it. we have a 3 month-old baby . our journey finished in the morning but we have the Flight in the evening and Adrienn was kind enough to let us stay in the warmth of the apartment until we left for the airport. "The staff is very friendly ,and the room was huge came with a kitchen a small living rooom and a huge bedroom.It was very clean and bed was comfortable as well"

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.
