"A pleasant accommodation, a good functionality hotel, good connection by tram to all the districts of the city, very clean bathroom and towels changed every day, free tea bags and coffee bags in the room, a very good price-quality ratio, a large luggage storage room near the reception, two spacious elevators. Although we had a room facing the street, not the backyard, it was a silent one. The cleaning stuff is discreet, hardworking. The technical stuff (thank you!) is kind. The lady receptionist who checked us in (brunette with long hair), is kind, with a sense of humor. Sorry for not knowing her first name. Goran, her colleague at the reception, serene, kind, always with a smile on his face. Receptionists can add more value to a hotel. That is what Goran and his colleague do for Senator Hotel Vienna. Thank you!"
"A pair of disposable slippers would have been welcome. The hotel's location in a bit far from the central area. If it were possible, I would have given this hotel a 9.5 rating."

"Location was good - tram # 43 took us straight to Central within 10/15 mins. Plenty halal take outs near hotel. Hotel staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Having a kettle in the room, meant that coming back from the cold weather, we could have a hot drink. The rooms were cosy and clean. Had a fridge in the room too. Towels were changed daily. Luggage storage also available. I visited when weather was very cold - but the heating is the room Was very nice and warm.... absolutely will stay here again. Thanks"

The breakfast was very diverse, although the staff in the breakfast room wasn't polite; they didn't greet us when we greeted them, but the food was fresh and made up for it."
