"Excellent location - near the city centre (just a short walk away from the main street). Public parking in front of the building (2,5€ /day). Everything ok, enough space, balcony, modern bathroom."

"Die Lage ist großartig, direkt in City-Nähe. Doch Banja Luka an sich hat wenig zu bieten, es gibt definitiv schönere Städte in Bosnien und Herzegowina. Wir mussten einen Tag eher aus familiären Gründen abreisen. Großartig: Uns wurde die Rate für die zweite Nacht erlassen. Das hätten die Besitzer nicht tun müssen, danke dafür!"

"Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war vorab sehr schlecht. Am Tag vor der Anreise haben wir mehrfach gefragt, wie wir den Schlüssel bekommen - keine Antwort. Am Ende musste ich sogar booking.com einschalten, mehrfach mit ihnen telefonieren - nervig und zeitraubend! Die Wohnung an sich ist in keinem guten Zustand: Alt, abgewohnt. Extrem dreckig! Die komplette Küche klebt, die Schränke wurden von innen ewig lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Überall stehen angebrochene Lebensmittel. Tiefpunkt: der Gefrierschrank war voll mit SELBT eingefrorenen Lebensmitteln wie Fleisch, Gemüse, etc. - als ob dort jemanden wohnen würde und für unsere Buchung nur eine Nacht die Wohnung verlassen hätte (siehe Foto). Ekelhaft! Auch das Duschen ist eine Herausforderung: Nach rund 4 Minuten ist das warme Wasser aufgebraucht."

"Sve je bilo top, wau, super, extra, ma jednostavno to morate doživjeti! Ja sam se već u ovaj apartman "zaljubila" prilikom traženja mjesta za dnevni odmor i relaksaciju, a prilikom dolaska u isti je doživljaj koji vam riječima ne mogu opisati. Ko god da je radio enterijer prostora, svaka čast, do sitnih detalja je sve sa stilom urađeno, jednostavno mi se sve svidjelo, da ne idem u detalje. Apartman vrijedan preporuke i ponovnom dolasku. Vlasnik - gospodin Dejan, jako uspješan čovjek u svom biznisu, reklo bi se, ali prije svega dobar čovjek, iako ga ne poznajem lično, ali mi intuicija govori da je tako. Dođite, doživite, uživajte i sigurno će vam biti super!"

"As I was travelling in winter, when it is rather cold in Banja Luka, I appreciated a lot a good heating in the apartment. It is small, but it has everything you need. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the apartment is essentially in the city center, but also not too far away from the bus station/train station and it is well connected to the bust/train station by the public transporation. The host (Stojanka) was great, it was easy to communicate with her and everything worked very smoothly. It was a good choice to stay there and if I go again to Banja Luka I would go there again if it is available."

"Spacious and comfortable room. Hosted by a very friendly and helpful family who were patient with us when we struggled with the BAM currency. The balcony was nice in the evenings. Bathroom was small and basic but very clean. Good proximity to the modern city and to public transport. A good selection of bakeries and shops nearby. Quite quiet city surroundings. A very homely room for the price."
