"While we were travelling to Sarajevo, I received a phone call from the Hotel Hercegovina, where I had made a reservation, informing me that due to problems with the heating system, our reservation had been moved to the Hotel Austria & Bosna, part of the same group and of a higher category (****). We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, but the host family kindly waited for us and welcomed us warmly with a refreshing welcome drink, which we truly appreciated.
