Our hosts were extremely accommodating and gave us an exceptionally extended late checkout on our final day - which was very kind of them."

"The upstairs bathroom boiler takes a while to come on in order to take a shower, but once you know, it’s just a case of switching it on once you wake up in order to make use of it."

"Location, secure parking, most facilities. It was an easy 5 minute stroll into the old town. Two bathrooms were essential for our group of five adults and two kids, so that was good. We have a lot of "didn't likes" but some of these were probably not the norm. It's still a good choice, particularly for families, and we would stay there again."

"As data roaming in Bosnia is Zone 3, it was disappointing that the WiFi kept constantly dropping out, needing a hub reboot every 30 mins or so. We did report it, and I've no doubt it will be sorted, but they didn't want to enter the house when we were not there. The cleanliness was not great, it needs a good spring clean, I cleaned all of the grubby light switches, cupboard handles, remote controls, and some plates and crockery that were not clean. There were also cobwebs on some low-level lights. There was no running water during the night, so we could not wash hands or flush the toilet until morning, but this may have had something to do with local roadworks. There was a large bucket of water and a jerrycan left outside the house, but there was no explanation on check-in, so I'm guessing they knew that the water supply would be cut. There was only air-conditioning in the open-plan living room and at the top of the stairs. Leaving bedroom doors open made very little difference, and it was 34c when we stayed, and still very warm in the middle of the night, even with windows open. There was no contact with Selma but someone else always responded (Samir). We were checked in by Dino and checked out by Samir's brother."

"Not enough towels initially, but they left us more when we asked. Wifi didn't work well and washing machine didn't work properly either, but they sent someone to look at it after asking."

"Perfect place for a family, close to everything. Shops, restaurants, old town. The place is well set up where you have the privacy and all the luxuries for a trip to Sarajevo. You can relax in the villa or go walk about's without climbing the hills if you don't want to."
