"I'm impressed with the hotel staff. They're very kind and helpful! Especially Ismael, who saved my friend's life in a critical situation. We were waiting at the station for a bus to Dhaka when it turned out my friend had left his documents and bank cards somewhere at the hotel. I immediately called Ismael, who quickly located the wallet and immediately sent a smart guy to the location I'd sent him. He arrived very quickly and arrived just in time. It was tense, but thanks to Ismael's quick reaction, everything turned out well."
