"Beautiful views from the tent, very peaceful. Loved the sunset and the sunrise. The tents are very spacious and have everything you need: towels, soap, fridge, kitchen that comes with all the bits and bobs to cook."

Entry road was very bumpy.

"True "eco" experience. Can't remember when I was closer to the nature. You need to take a boat the get to the island. Stunning views from the restaurant. Quiet life. Friendly staff."

It's not a comfy city lifestyle. Hot water is prepared in advance and you need to notify the staff. There's also a small fee for that. But in general everything is affordable there. No WiFi of course, but you can ask for hotspot.

"Tropical paradise. The resort is accessible only by boat and up against a national park with lots of lemurs. We were there for five days, four nights in a beachfront bungalow with private facilities. Sun lounges under coconut palms. Local seafood at the restaurant. Hardly any other guests. Affordable for budget travelers."

Alice, the owner who lives there, is very nice and helpful. She booked a taxi for us and woke up at 5.30a.m. to be sure that the taxi arrived. Excellent quality for a good price."

It is number 1 on the intercom when you arrive there. it is not written Conforto.

The staff was kind of noisy in the morning, especially by the kitchen.

"There is nothing quite like this amazing experience. Completely alone in the desert in a beautifully designed, spacious tent. The setup is stylish and comfortable, and waking up to nothing but sand dunes in every direction is pretty hard to beat. Meals are driven out to you across the desert, with camels and goats wandering over to say hello, sunrise from the bed. At night, you can see a sky full of stars. It was truly magical"

The staff was super nice, they organized a transfer from Lompoul sur Mer to the location, they came with us to the beach and played football together with mbalax, then they came with us to the nearby desert and helped us organize a cab to Dakar airport. The food was also really good. Overall it has been an excellent stay!"

"The location is excellent (10/10) and really gives off a strong camping vibe, yet it’s conveniently close to many F&B options. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable, with the bonus of having a private toilet."

Unfortunately, it rained during our stay, so the campfire had to be cancelled. However, the staff were extremely friendly and thoughtful—they provided umbrellas and floor mats to prevent rainwater from entering the room. Truly appreciated their warm hospitality and great service. Would definitely recommend this place!

"A small cabin in the woods, crown lands around allowing you to walk or hunt, no electricity, no phone network. A wood stove and candles. What's not to like?"

The road to get there is hard if you have a sedan especially after a snow storm.

"This is a great example how a passionate and lovely host turns a simple but beautiful accomodation into a five star place, in harmony with the surrounding nature. We loved every moment here and definitely want to come back."

The proximity and the 180-degree view of the sea, the unmatched decor items, fairy lights and stellar interior planning, the very small-but-important facility and comfort details that have been considered, the quaint and romantic area around the dome, the considerate and responsive hosts all come together to make this a true gem here in Latvia. It feels like the place is kept beautiful and tidy out of genuine care for the wellbeing and pleasure of the guests. The hot tub costs extra, but a hot tub with a direct view of the sea is another rarirty here that is well worth the money. Absolutely recommended without hesitation, and I wish the hosts the endurance to keep this up, as we will 100% be looking to come back to this corner of paradise!"

To be nitpicky, the tap water seems to have high iron content, hence some water discoloration and odor. Nevertheless, there is extra drinkable water provided so this is not an issue really.
