He welcomes you with open arms and helps with absolutely everything at any time. The apartment is really charming and you feel at home immediately when you step in. The room is very spacious and the bed so comfy. Kitchen and bathroom are fully clean and equipped with everything. I am recommending this place so very much! "We made use of the campsite. The food was amazing and we were very happy to make use of the outdoor shower and having our hiking clothes washed. Back on the trail feeling refreshed! The hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"Outstanding Location! One of the gems of Cambodia and Tatai river. The wildlife is endless and there are several treks and waterfalls very nearby. Quiet, tasteful, respectful with the environment and clean. The staff is adorable, knowledgeable and helpful (special mention to Dam and Pich ♥️) An authentic jungle experience!"

Just would like to mention that there's no restaurant on this side of the river, so getting food and getting about can be a bit of a challenge, generally, but they have free kayaks for customers available. Would like to highlight as well that the place is a nest in nature so the jungle can get pretty loud at night (worth to bring some headphones)

"Very cozy and warm shepherds huts with comfortable beds. Mary and Robert were lovely and very accommodating. We had a beautiful walk around the property. Such a peaceful and quiet area. Nice healthy breakfast with homemade breads and jam."

"For family vacation is the best place. The beach is near, there is restaurant is on the territory. Very comfortable and clean mobile homes, all the necessary equipment is available for cooking. Service is excellent."

"Small authentic hotel with a beautiful view of the tea plantations. We booked a bungalow with a balcony, bathroom and bedroom. Breakfast was good, but we waited for dinner for more than 1.5 hours."

It was cold in the room, shower doesn't work

"Friendly staff, beautiful location, very cozy and comfortable. Was perfect to come back and wind down after a busy day. We loved our tent (large bed with bathroom), definitely did not feel like you were camping. The pool was a great touch as well."

A bit far out of town. 35 minute walk or 6 minute taxi. A small price to pay for such a beautiful location

"Nice campsite at Kolpa river, exactly on the side of the river. There are places for tents and caravans and also mobile homes. View is perfect, I also like the restaurant. Mobile homes are quite small, but okay for a couple of days."

"I liked the concept of this place - It’s a rustic, farmhouse-like accommodation with the fireplace in our rooms and the horses outside. The hosts were very accommodating, giving us a free upgrade for our rooms and allowing a late breakfast. The food there was great. Would be good to have more matchsticks/some firestarters to light up the fireplace!"

"Went there to paddle the river. The team on duty went out of their way to make me welcome. This is the off season so they made a special effort to do the river trip with me. Equipment was very modern and well kept. I was a bit out of practice so I felt in safe hands with my guides. Accomodation was great. The place has been built from scratch and with a lot of thought. Just what you need when doing river trips in Nepal."

I was happy with everything.

"Beautiful location, quiet and surrounded by mountains. A few minutes driving from the city (supermarkets), etc. You can park your car right outside of the bungalow."

A little bit noisy from the neighbours

"Kind host, willing to help us with anything, large tasty breakfast, clean bathrooms, comfotable tent for sleeping with good isolation (even though it was winter, in tent there was still quite good temperature), nice calm location outside of the main load of tourists, but still close enough to enjoy dunes and everything from Merzouga"

It takes 20 minutes walking to city (still it is better than other tents which are located in sand dunes)

"It was unique and the location perfect as we had stopped off in the city of Masaru on the way. We had excellent communication with the host who organised an upgrade as we were two women travelling together and asked for the possibility of twin beds. Mark organised a full day out on his horses with his guide Motobang which was excellent and included lunch. All food was prepared by him and was delicious and plenty."

Water in toilet was salty and low pressure. Could improve food and menu.
