"Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, ils font l'effort de nous parler en français malgré qu'on soit dans un canton alémanique. Ils sont là pour nous conseiller sur quoi visiter ou faire dans leur belle ville. Depuis l'hôtel, on a des vues à couper le souffle."

"Hotel gut erreichbar mit Auto (Parkplatz vorhanden) und mit dem Bus (dank Arosacard sogar kostenlos). Die Arosacard gilt für alle ÖV und sogar die Bergbahnen. Wir erhielten an der Reception wertvolle Tips zu unserem Aufenthalt."

Trotz meiner späten Ankunft wurde mir noch ein leckeres Essen serviert, was nach einer langen Reise besonders geschätzt wurde. Das Hotel hat eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann das Gspann nur herzlich weiterempfehlen!"
