"The staff was incredibly friendly, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was clean and contemporary chiq."
"The water-saving shower system was frustrating. You had to press a button, and it would turn red as a warning. It didn’t work properly, took too long, and stayed red most of the time anyway. Honestly, I could do without that feature."

"El personal muy amable y facilitador. La habitación amplia y con un muy buen baño. La cama y las almohadas comodisimas. Me gustó el detalle de las habitaciones con piso de madera, lo que le da un toque de calidez. Además tienen comida de casa si es que almuerzas o cenas ahí."

"A basic, clean family run hotel. The family running it is helpful, friendly and patient with all of our requests and poor Spanish. We got take out chicken dinner from the little place next door and the hotel let us eat in their breakfast room, providing plates and silverware. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The room with two beds had a refrigerator and a door to a small courtyard patio. Breakfast was good, with cooked eggs to order, electric kettle for tea, milk, homemade coffee cake, etc."
"Location is a little rough, all the businesses are behind gated doors and windows, but all of Calama is rough. This neighborhood is one of the better. They don't speak English. No elevator."
