"I was impressed by the friendly reception from the front desk staff, who immediately understood and solved what customers wanted! The facilities are old, but they were great to relax! The pool facilities were great, too! It was not active, but it was enough to enjoy the water for a vacation!"

There's a lot of rust! During my 3-day stay, I had to change the shower filter 5 times. Also, how is the room cleaning cycle? I don't know if I should ask for it! It was uncomfortable because the room was not cleaned! In particular, the card key was the most inconvenient! You also need to write the room number on the card. It was difficult because the cards were mixed with my family, and it was inconvenient to recognize how to insert and remove the card. I should change it to a card key to take a picture!

"The lady who checked us in was very friendly, took care of us and went the extra mile to make sure our laundry was done even if it was late at night."

The hallway and room floor was dusty but I guess i can request for the room to be cleaned prior to my arrival next tome.

"This is a nice hotel. It's centrally located, conveniently located, and offers airport pickup. The staff is attentive, and the rooms are clean. There's also a free gym. I'd definitely stay here again."

"Nearly everything. Excellent value. A reasonable walk away from restaurants. Clean. Marites is very helpful should you need anything. Generally quiet."
