"Diese Unterkunft ist überraschend geräumig und verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls lobenswert. Die Wohnküche ist mit einem Gasherd und großer Kühl-/Gefrierkombi ausgestattet und im kleinen eigenen Innenhof steht eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt außerdem ausreichend Platz zum Wäsche aufhängen. Die Betten sind gemütlich und Sauber. WLAN ist in allen Bereichen gewährleistet. Eigene riesige Dachterrasse. Haben wir jedoch nicht genutzt. Für 500,-$ kommt man mit dem Taxi fast überall in Praia hin. Die Vermieterin ist immer zu erreichen und ist sehr flexibel. Wenn du was brauchst ebenfalls immer da."

"I like the location. It was within 5 mins to the town centre and restaurants. The nearest beach is a minute's walk. The apartment has a Seaview from both the living room and the bedroom! The host,Monica, was pleasant and let me check in 2 hours before and 2 hours after I should have checked out!"

"The apartment exceeded all our expectations! It is extremely large, spacious, and spotlessly clean — you feel comfortable and relaxed from the very first moment. The location is perfect — right in the city center, within walking distance of the best restaurants, main attractions, shops, and the aluguer stops, which makes getting around very easy and convenient. What truly makes this place special, however, is the host — Maria. She is the most wonderful person on the entire island! Incredibly kind, caring, and attentive — she makes you feel completely at home. She takes care of her guests as if they were her own children and is always one step ahead, helping with organization, giving advice, and assisting with all aspects of travel logistics, even without being asked. It is rare to experience such hospitality and genuine care. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!"

"Nice apartment with everything you could need including a mobile WiFi router which saved us loads of money on roaming fees. Nice sea view from the balcony. The complex is lovely with very pretty planting and gives acces to a good sized pool and two private beaches. Communication with the host was excellent and a minor problem was fixed very quickly. Good instructions for checking in and helpful recommendations for local amenities given. The complex is in a great area with access directly to the beach and shops, bars and restaurants very close by."

"Las vistas del apartamento son imbatibles, se ve toda la ciudad y la bahía. Aunque está en lo alto de una colina apenas se tardan 10 minutos andando al centro y el paseo del puerto. Es muy amplio y tiene todas las comodidades necesarias; apreciamos especialmente la lavadora. La piscina en la primera planta está muy bien. Se nos retrasó el vuelo y el anfitrión nos indicó donde cenar y nos acompañó a pesar de ser tarde."
