"The pool and fitness opening time - closing at 17h is way too early. Rental bikes are not good and expensive. A bit more pots and a suitable pan for eggs, pancakes-we were actually cooking. The couch we slept on was not comfortable at all, my friend had severe back pain each morning."

"Nice, clean and spacious apartment with even more bed than we were paying for (one of us could sleep on the comfy and big couch so we had three "bedrooms" in a "two-bedroom apartment". Staff was really helpful from the moment of booking, they helped us book a jeep safari (really recommended for everyone, it was great!) and a taxi to the airport, lend us an umbrella and an extra hairdryer. There are more than one pool (we didn't use them in the cold weather), friendly cats, well-equipped kitchen, good air-conditioning (worked well for heating too)."
"The apartment complex is a bit far from everything, 15 minutes walk from the nearest bus station, almost half an hour from the mall, the sea or the old town. In cold weather getting hot water is a bit tricky (you have to push a button at least 20 minutes before you want to shower). A coffee machine would be really great in the kitchen (there is free coffee at the reception but it's not always open)."
