"I was expecting a kitchenette and sitting area but they didnt have one in the studio. I am a big woman so the staircase bathroom and open door was a bit snugged for me or handicap."
"This is not the first time i've stayed here and i always get a different room, and this time I booked a Deluxe King Studio (Punta Cana) --(they have names for all the rooms, which i find really cool) and i loved it, the room wasbig and and the bed huge and comfortable. Loved it! As usual brakfast is served in the rooftop and the usually have a nice selection. Everyone was friendly and very helpful."

"The hotel is a rather old building that has been repurposed. It is quite charming. Because of the age, the doorways are a bit short, under 2 meters - about 6 feet. The staff were very nice."
"The hotel takes Paypal as payment. I wasn't aware of this - it's not mentioned on their website or on booking.com. I haven't used Paypal in years, and could not get it to work with my new cards. They were trying to 2fa me on my Canadian phone number, which didn't have service in the DR. It was very frustrating."
"The staff were amazing! thank you so much for helping me since i lost my phone taking me to the local shopping centre to get a new one and even taking me to the bus station for the next part of my trip! Staff could not be more accommodating lovely people! Thank you Studio 27 and George!"
