"El anfitrión excelente, muy amable, atento en todo momento, súper cortes. La habitación esta muy bien, pero podría mejorarse un poco más la iluminación. El desayuno muy bien servido, puede repetir el café o chocolate, productos muy frescos y la atención excepcional. Cabe señalar que la infraestructura del hotel es colonial y es parte del centro histórico de Cuenca."

"El internet dentro de la habitación era pésimo, por las paredes que son muy gruesas, pero en el lobi iba muy bien."

"The location was a 5 minute walk to the historic center. The breakfasts were made to order by friendly staff and very delicious."

"Great place close to Historical Center, great price, communicative and pleasant staff, room cleaned daily, change of towels and the rest. We had the King Suite overlooking the street. Can be a bit noisy in the mornings, but that just means you have to get up and experience the city. The room is very big and tall and the bathroom small. Big comfy bed. 24h reception Overall a good experience."
