"From the time of booking, communication with the host was clear and prompt. The key handover was in person and the host arrived exactly on time. The location of the apartment was excellent, it felt very safe, it was close to the train station, the tram for the airport, Place Masena and it was also easy walking distance to the old town and the beach. The apartment had everything I needed for a self catering stay and it was great to have a washing machine. The balcony was a decent size and it was peaceful to sit out there. Apart from a couple of evenings when I heard loud music from the neighbour, there was no noise at all, which was great, it was very peaceful. I was a little concerned about sleeping on a sofa bed, but it was actually very comfortable, really it was like sleeping in a real bed, I slept very well. It was a perfect place to stay, I would say don't hesitate if you're thinking about booking this apartment!"

"Location was great. At the edge of old Nice and surprisingly quiet at night. Only a few minutes to the beach and many of the historical attractions. Kitchen and sitting area are separate from the bedroom. The appartment itself was modern and comfortable yet in an old house. Despite the business of old Nice it felt safe.There was good public transport including the lime bikes close by. Good communication with the host."
