"Great location right in the middle of the old town with lots a places to eat and bars to visit within a very short walk. The Metro station is very close so the transition from either the airport or train station was easy. Xavier emailed earlier with clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and gave us a list of recommendations for eating etc, which were excellent and very close by."

"The location is absolutely perfect! You are right in the middle of the old town and can walk to virtually everywhere within 15-20 minutes. It is very close to the river and the old bridge. There are shops and restaurants everywhere. The apartment itself is located in a back plaza and is isolated from all the activity in the road, so the apartment is exceptionally quiet. You do not hear a thing from the neighbors. The apartment is adequately equipped and the host Xavier is very attentive and responds very fast to all requests/questions. He does his best to help you with whatever you might need. The apartment is newly remodeled, very modern and practical to suit all one needs. The bed and duvet we’re very comfortable, I slept like a rock. The host , Xavier, may be the best host I’ve ever had. He will do what it takes to accommodate all of your needs. I can’t wait to return!"

"Nous sommes venues un week end de mars et il faisait beau mais pas chaud, nous avons eu un peu froid malgré la présence d’une Clim. Ceci dit, cela doit être très agréable l’été. Appartement un peu sombre, mais comme nous y étions que pour dormir cela nous a pas tant gêné"

"C'était calme ; on a vraiment pu dormir la nuit. C'était propre. L'hôte est courtois. Tout est bien expliqué dans l'email communiqué comment accéder à l'appartement (il faut le lire entièrement). Dans cet email, on a aussi des infos utiles comme où aller faire quelques courses tout près du logement."

"Pour 4 nuits, nous aurions apprécié avoir une serviette de bain supplémentaire chacune, et une petite serviette pour s'essuyer les mains en plus (ou une grande dès le début pour les mains dans la salle-de-bain). Le fait qu'il y ait une mezzanine, la répartition de la chaleur ne se fait pas bien : vraiment frais en bas bien que l'on chauffe. Par contre, on doit bien baisser avant de se coucher."

"Le calme, dans un quartier central très animé. La température agréable dans l'appartement, même en période de canicule. Rénovation bien pensée, avec un agencement optimum de l'espace."

"Propre, aménagé avec goût et soin wt simplicité, état quasi-neuf, tout y est. La localisation au cœur de Toulouse est idéale. Julie et Xavier sont très prévenants et très responsifs; leurs conseils (spontanés et sollicités) sont extrêmement utiles. L'accueil automatisé fonctionne à merveille mais je suis certain qu'ils serait venus à l'aide très rapidement si cela s'était avéré nécessaire."

"Ce n'était pas la meilleure idée de venir en voiture, ce qui n'est bien sûr la faute de personne d'autre que nous. Le quartier est difficilement navigable en 4-roues et la prochaine fois, nous viendrons en train -- le métro, de surcroît, est à deux pas!"
