"Everything was nice and clean. Also the location in Grasse is top notch. Ultra-central."
"You have to schedule your sleep from 11 PM to 5 PM or use some good ear plugs, because the neighbors when they leave their garbage below your studio are really really noisy. Also, when the garbage collectors come in the morning to take out the trash... for 10 minutes it feels like they're demolishing the building."
