"We sadly misunderstood that the dinner menu was gastronomic only, not what we wanted when arriving at about 9pm wanting a main course to eat. But the staff were very courteous and helpful, with the breakfast being the basic French one to be expected."

"The location of the property is fantastic - right next to the ski lifts (Bollin, Les Lanches, Tichot, Funiclaire), the ski hire and the local supermarket. The apartment is well furnished. The kitchen is equipment is great (it even had a raclette machine, which we loved!) and we were able to benefit from a few store cupboard essentials left by previous guests. Natalie was very responsive and answered all our questions promptly and was generally very helpful."

"The property was excellent. Really clean with everything needed for a short break. We particularly liked the location as although it was a short walk to the main town area, it as nice and quiet but without being remote. The area felt safe and there was a lovely view from the apartment balcony."

"The apartment was perfect for what we needed. We came for two nights to visit our wedding venue and to explore the area of Vichy. We therefore was not intending to stay inside too much, therefore, the space being fairly small was not a problem. It was clean, the host was accommodating and let us check in early (as there was no one staying the night before us). There was a tv with access to Netflix etc which was nice for the time we were relaxing in the apartment!"
"The location was superb. I was in Anjou to attend an event at IceParc, which was five minutes walk away. The centre of the town and the Chateau were also very close. The property had safe, off-road parking. Wi-Fi was excellent. There was a problem picking up the keys on arrival (the problem was caused by me!), but the host was very helpful. The apartment was very quiet and dark at night, which made sleeping very easy. For me, as a solo traveller, the apartment met all my requirements."
