"Der Empfang war herzlich mit einer angenehmen Gastfreundschaft, die Unterkunft sauber. ‚La forge‘ liegt etwas abseits eines Wohngruppen Projektes. Man hat jedoch komplett seine Ruhe, eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge und kann direkt davor parken. Bei Interesse gibt man gerne Auskunft über das Projekt und bekommt eine kleine Führung. Insg. ein schöner und interessanter Aufenthalt, Dankeschön!"

"It’s an oasis, with peafowl quietly roaming the large estate amidst the olive groves, which lends its name to the hotel. It’s extremely comfortable and relaxed, excellent breakfast, nice pool, easy parking and close to the Vinon airfield. As a sailplane pilot, it was paradise with memorable flights into the southern French Alps. The medieval towns of Montasque and Géroux-les-Bains, the lavender fields on the plateau, the lakes and gorges nearby are wonderful attractions. Aix-en-Provence is only 30 minutes away. What more can one want! The host and hostess are ever so welcoming."
