Guest reviews ng Le Bellevue
"Immaculately presented ground floor apartment with spectacular view across the river, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, every need a guest could have had been anticipated. Charming host. A few rules to follow, like recycling etc. Just hope we managed to follow all of them OK!"
"Nothing really"
"The owner preheated the apartment, so it was a warm and fuzzy welcome, and the thermostat remained on a good temperature throughout the day. Every time you enter the place it’s nice and warm. Also, everything in the apartment was labeled and clear instructions were made. Fast wifi, friendly host, and nice full kitchen amenities!"
"Only the provided shampoo and shower gel were not labeled, so it had to be guessed."
"We had a pleasant stay at Le Bellevue. The standout feature of this accommodation is undoubtedly its exceptional location—right in front of the river and with a beautiful view of the town."

"Lovely apartement with great attention to details. Has everything you need (and more) for a stay in Givet. Close to the town centre and the river Meuse. We stayed only 1 night but would definitively consider the apartement again for a longer stay."

"The apartment was very clean and had all our needs. The host took his time to explain everything to us. He also left notes which was convenient."
"The check out is too early. He told that all the shops and supermarkets were closed whilst that was not the case. They opened after 18:30"
"We liked everything. The hosts Nicholas and yoni have thought of everything including where to eat where to visit even the local shops and distances to all amenities. A great property with a great view. WE WILL BE BACK."

Guest reviews
"The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building, just 15 minutes on foot from the city centre. The bedrooms are big, as well as the living room and kitchen, equipped with everything you need for easy cooking. Parking is very comfortable because it's just in front of the house. Host was very kind and careful to our requests."
"I stayed in this apartment and was very pleased. I'll start with the main thing: the owner, Maxim, is an incredibly polite and attentive person. He was always available. He showed me everything in detail and gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding area and the best transportation options from the airport. It was clear that he truly cared about his guests' comfort. The apartment itself was exactly as described and even exceeded expectations. It was clean, everything worked, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay (from appliances to small details like coffee and good Wi-Fi 😊). The interior is cozy, and every detail of this Parisian apartment was thoughtfully thought out. The location is a special plus: everything you need is nearby - shops, cafes, the metro. The main attractions are easy to reach. Overall, everything was just great! A huge thank you to Maxim for his hospitality 😊 I'll definitely be back!"
"Modern, clean, located by train and metro stations."
"Stanza molto calda .. Completa di tutto cucinotto letto comodo TV, enorme. Top"
"L'emplacement de la maisonnette est idéal, 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Nous avons passés un super séjour."
"The location was super, right beside a metro station and a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants. The property was well equipped and had everything we needed. It had a lovely balcony, which we didn’t use as visited in December."
"Accueil chaleureux, belle maison authentique en pierre, très bien équipée et restaurée. La pièce principale est bien décorée."
"La situation géographique, les surfaces des pièces et les équipements mis à disposition ainsi que le côté fonctionnel de la maison, adapté à la capacité de personnes pouvant être accueillies."
