"It was hard to figure out how to get in. I realized later that an email was sent with a code to get the key in a lock box. However, I generally don't look at my email on vacation. The neighbors were incredibly nice and helpful although we did not speak the same language."

"The apartment was clean, comfy, and tastefully decorated. It is located in a quiet little village, 35-40 minutes by car from Strasbourg. It was nice to arrive here after the hustle and bustle of the Alsatian Christmas markets (which were wonderful, by the way, especially those in the small medieval villages). Sandrine, the host welcomed us every morning with a delicious breakfast, and we had some good chats. She is a very kind and extremely attentive host, and we are especially grateful to her for the tip about cheap parking in Strasbourg center, which probably saved us a lot of time searching for affordable and available parking spaces."

La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les échanges avec Bettina ont été très chaleureux et productifs. Elle est vraiment à l'écoute et fait tout pour que votre séjour soit le plus agréable. "A lovely little hut in a beautiful setting.. The views from the terrace are exceptional. The hostess is lovely - helpful and friendly. The whole area is stunning - Beaujolais vines and arable land as far as the eye can see. A part of France we haven't visited before but will definitely return to. We were impressed."
