"I booked this apartment because I attended a conference in Campus Condorcet, which is at 20 mins walk. The apartment is part of a very tidy block of flat, located at the back of the tracks of SNFC station, but windows are modern and there is not much noise. From the station you can get directly to Gare du Nord. Also there is metro to get down to central Paris. There is a good bakery not to far for breakfast and some local little shops. The apartment was very nicely furnished, modern and cosy, I would advice for the size for one person, two would be tight. Very neat and comfortable with coffee machine, fridge microwave, cooker and iron. Very comfortable bed and sofa. Owner was available for instruction and communication."

"Very cute, attractive decor and well appointed, had everything we needed. Kitchen was well kitted out. Has its own secure parking and access. Quite quiet despite being on the road through Boves. In a good location - Boves is easy to get in and out of by car, and has a bus that runs into Amiens if you want to go into town. Acess was straightforward and Ingrid the host was lovely and responsive. Note that bed linen and towels are not included so a 15e supplement for them."
