"Proximité de la mer ( possibilité d’aller à la plage à pied!). Parking dans la résidence. Une terrasse avec mobilier pour quatre. Deux chiliennes. Une piscine… des jeux pour les enfants. Une résidence sans voiture… elles sont sur le parking de la résidence. Intérieur du logement avec decos thème marin simples mais très sympa. Les WC sont séparés de la salle de bain ( un vrai plus!). Équipements: machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, cafetière, mini four… il faut être motorisé ou avoir un vélo car le ravitaillement est à quelques kms."

"Amazing location just 2 minutes walk from the center of St Maxime. I came for a short week with a friend of mine and the apartment is exactly like the pictures and very quiet away from the noisy streets. Great apartment for a summer holiday with everything you need (do bring your own towels though). It is recently renovated and very clean. The air conditioning is a great addition. Also, the kitchen is well equipped if you wish to eat in. Would highly recommend."

"La proximité des propriétaires, tout en ayant son propre accès. Le jardin sécurisé par portail électrique. La possibilité de se garer gratuitement au pied de la maison en toute sécurité. Le logement, au premier étage de la maison, offrant un espace de vie ouvert, très spacieux, avec cuisine équipée, salle à manger, salon, 3 grandes chambres, salle de bain avec grande douche et un wc séparé. L'immense balcon qui entoure la maison et les volets électriques dans toutes les pièces. La gentillesse des hôtes et leur délicate attention avec les chocolats offerts. Les lits faits à notre arrivée et le linge de toilette mis à disposition. Les équipements inclus : lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four, congélateur et sèche-cheveux. Les jeux de société : petits cheveaux, dames... Le calme et le recul de la campagne, à deux pas de Béziers."

"The overall quality, condition and cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. It felt like a brand new property. The secure underground parking was an added bonus. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the boulangerie, coastal path and beach. Everything was within walking distance - restaurants, Dinard centre, beaches, ferry to St Malo etc"
