"Host was really good, as I didn’t have mobile, he sent me all details needed through email. I had to go back to him a couple of times with questions and he answered me very quickly."
"The entrance was a bit smelly with the garbage room door ajar but not much else. Would have been good to have a toaster"
"Marie was very helpful and friendly. She allowed us to drop the bags off early as we arrived in the morning. She also allowed us to check in early which was very helpful. The place is very central and we walked everywhere. The place is very clean, smelled amazing and had everything we needed. The one thing is that it doesn't have a kettle which is very normal in France so we boiled water on the stove which was easy to do. I would come again when I'm back in Caen. Also, there was an incredible market down the road and not sure if it's a Sunday thing or an Easter thing but definitely worth it!"

"L’appartamento era in centro, in una posizione molto comoda per visitare la città. La signora è stata molto gentile e ha risolto subito il problema dell’acqua fredda, proprio il giorno di Capodanno. Inoltre, c’era un parcheggio sotterraneo molto vicino all’appartamento."
"L’appartamento è un po’ datato e avrebbe bisogno di alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione. Inoltre, dopo le 20:00 l’acqua calda non era disponibile, funzionando solo la mattina fino a un certo orario."
"Accueil chaleureux de notre très gentille hôtesse qui nous a délivré beaucoup d'informations intéressantes sur l'appartement, sur la visite de la ville, l'emplacement des restaurants et bien d'autres choses encore. Emplacement central de l'appartement, mais à la fois très calme. Très bien équipé, confortable et propre. Convient très bien à une petite famille de 3 à 4 personnes. En bref, rien que du positif."

"Le logement était parfait et incroyablement proche des pistes. Il y avait également tous les équipements nécessaire pour la cuisines etc. la vue est incroyable et quel plaisir de se réveiller avec la vue sur la montagne. tout était facile car le logement est hyper bien situé: proche des pistes, des commerces, de la Balnéo, des parkings... Merci Valentine pour votre logement c'était parfait!"
"Everything was perfect for me. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and has everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The location is a few minutes' walk to the church, lake, boulangerie & for groceries. The Arena Watersports and Bon Wagon for cycle hire are also nearby. It's a nice quiet village with fantastic views around the lake. I would absolutely recommend this apartment. The pictures don't do the place justice. Host very welcoming."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Newly renovated and comfortable. The beds were really soft and there was a nice big sofa Host was really good with communication. Easy instructions to check in and check out Super clean, we couldn’t fault it Close to the old town (10 min walk) to lots of restaurants and bars. Supermarkets and coffee shops just a minute away too Washing machine was great and they supplied a cot for my baby. Thank you"
