"A really nice welcome and we were shown our accommodation by Lynne. Perfect for the two of us. All the facilities to cook for our evening meal. Very comfy bed. Joined in the monthly quiz night which was fun. Our intention was to visit Oradour sur Glaine which we did. St Junien was a bonus."

"It's a very nice comfortable gite in an unusual location, part of an old tanning factory which they have been converting. We arrived early on a hot day, and it was very welcome to be able to borrow canoes and swim in the river. We cooked our own food, but did is available to buy I think."

"Very nice apartment, next to the river, weather was good, so sat out by the river,nice and relaxing. Lynn and Dean were excellent hosts, Lynn even helped out with a problem we had when we lived in France, resolved after 7 years."

"The whole venue is enchanting. As soon as we went through to our gite we were relaxed and content. It was the perfect place to stay before my other half’s operation at st Junien hospital. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The venue is right on the Vienne so we could do a bit of fishing or just rest and read a book."

"Location next to the river would have been excellent if the weather had been better. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent. The hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. The gite was well equipped and comfortable."
"Swimming pool was not available (had not been filled) due to bad weather over a number of weeks. The town centre and restaurants were some distance away up a steep hill."

"De la terrasse la vue est superbe, la maison est au coeur d'un village charmant. La nuit a été très calme, aucun bruit. La maison a été restaurée recemment et tout est très propre."

"Dans un rayon de 300m, on peut aisément retrouver des épiceries, magasins, fast-food et une bonne partie des bâtiments historiques de la ville. Je recommande fortement."

Enfin, j'ai apprécié la tolérance dont ils ont fait preuve lorsque je leur ai annoncé que l'horaire de restitution m'était sorti de l'esprit. Sur le logement, il est bien situé, 5 a 10 min à pied des commerces et de la mer. Emplacement calme et logement sympa."
