"The location was unbeatable — especially with the ski lockers, as you could ski straight back to them. On-site parking was a huge plus too. Overall, excellent value for money. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of cookware, making it easy to manage meals for the family."

"It would have been helpful to have clearer communication in advance about which amenities are provided versus what guests need to bring (e.g. shower gel, toilet rolls). The communal outdoor area could benefit from better lighting at night. Also, it would be great if the reception team ensured children’s chairs remained accessible rather than being kept inside."

"Ski in ski out. Clean and spacious one bedroom apartment. Underground car park. Good reception staff. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Good vista across the hills."

"Location. Especially with little kids, direct access to slopes/esf. Our room faced the grand vans lift and watching the piste bashers do their thing became a lovely end of day ritual."

"Obvious cost cutting terms of how property is managed. Bare bones approach may jar some if anything goes sideways (which didn’t for us thankfully). Better to be on the easy going side. My one actual gripe is with the genius who designed the ski boot room. Super small, both in terms of the basic lockers ( not even a hook !!!) and the walkways."

"Its the closest location to the slopes and is genuinely ski in ski out. The boot room is quite tight so you have to time when you go to the boot room to not coincide with ski school times. The room was good and better than we have had before in the same apartment building. All kitchen equipment we needed was available and great to have a dishwasher. We had an ensuite which was lovely."

"The swimming pool is too cold to use, needs to be heated more. The front of the building faces the road and in the morning is very noisy, bin lorries, deliveries etc etc and some mornings these started at 4am so this is a major down side. Would be better to have a room at the back of the building."

"Perfect location right next to the Grand Vans lift in Flaine Foret. Easy access to the entire resort, great little bakery nearby. Loved our stay"
