"The sap was abandoned. Such a shame: the rest is amazing, the staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms clean but the fact that spa was totally and utterly abandoned made it a bit “meh”"

"Very spacious and modern hotel in the centre of Mestia. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids after a day of skiing. The staff is very kind and helpful, they even arranged for a new tire for our car when we had a puncture! Thank you very much😊"

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
