"Очень приветливый и доброжелательный хозяин квартиры ! Встретил с холодным вином и фруктами ! По просьбе все , чего не доставало купил . Было чисто ! Очень хорошое расположение: близко к морю и разным магазинам и кафе . Для семьи очень хороший вариант ! Рекомендую! Если приедем еще, обязательно остановимся здесь!👍🥰❤️"

"Квартира находится в удачном месте рядом с Орби сити, Большое Малл(Grandmall), магазины ч.з дорогу пляж.Пляж видно с окно. Пляж галечный надо аквашуз. В самом квартире есть все необходимые для проживания.Просторная гостиная с новым Телевизор подключён на Ютуб. Не смотря что Квартира находится на 10м этаже лифт очень бистро работает.Лифт до 9го этажа кто с коляской. Внизу на 1м этаже есть продуктовый магазин цены приемлемые. Но обменник не очень. Есть магазин Магнит мах рядом хороший обменник.В магазине продают традиционные грузинский хлеб. В общем нам очень понравилось. Рекомендую."

"Хорошая, очень уютная, полностью укомплектованная всем необходимым квартира, здесь есть всё что нужно для комфортного проживания. Очень удобно расположена в самом центре пляжной линии Батуми, через дорогу от пляжа. Вокруг расположено много магазинчиков и кафе. Мы путешествовали на машине и для нас была просто подарком бесплатная, закрытая шлагбаумом, парковка во дворе дома. Гостеприимство и радушие хозяина это дополнительный бонус к квартире. Он всегда на связи, всегда готов помочь по любому вопросу, он очень старался что бы нам всё понравилось. Соотношения цена-качество на отлично. Эдо, большое спасибо!"

"The guesthouse is situated in a quiet area just off the beach and the busy coast road. Garden and swimming pool were gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious and have balconies + a fridge. There are a lot of restaurants in the area but the guesthouse does not offer meals. There is a summer kitchen with a barbecue in the garden though where you can make your own meals. We really enjoyed our 9 days there"
