"Clean and comfortable place in the very centre of Tbilisi. Located at Rustaveli avenue, 5 minutes away from the Liberty Square. In real life it’s much bigger and wider than on the photo."

"Great location in the center and old city of Batumi, near the sea, not far from cable car, a train station and local market. In 5 mins walk great restaurants with tasty cuisine. Clean and modern house, room with conditioner and very pleasant host, who also drove us around Adjara at modest price."

"My husband and I loved our stay with Timur. He was super sweet and helpful. The space is beautiful, very large and comfortable. It has everything you need. We had more than enough room for 2 people. And, we had a private entrance, which was also nice, as we didn't want to bother Timur with our comings and goings. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is great. The bed was super comfy. The apartment is well located, easy to get to and quiet, since it's a residential area. It's close to the center of town, and easy to get to with a car or taxi. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We also loved talking with the other guests who were staying there. It's great value for the money. Timur is very sweet and funny (even if we communicated by google translate). Overall, we highly recommend staying here."
