"The view, the localisation, the bed was confortable."

The breakfast was not exceptionnal even if the place was relaxing and peaceful

As all activities and transport are organized by the host, I sometimes had to wait quite long time for the driver to arrive. This was not the hosts fault, but it is important to know when planning a trip to Tanna.

"Mr. Maurits was really nice and friendly. He offered us a lot of tips from Aruba. He was with us at the biggest supermarket in Aruba. The place was very nice with all you need for a long stay. The pool was perfect."

The place was clean, but it felt like there was room for improvement. Additionally, cars with low ground clearance would need to be parked approximately 100 meters away.

"Also wäre ich bei Mama zu Besuch, übertrieben viel Frühstück und sehr fürsorglich. Ich bin mit dem Motorrad unterwegs und wurde vor zwei tagen nass und habe mich erkältet. Es gab gleich Medikamente und Tipps! Also wie bei Mama!"

The only drawback was the heater kept switching off & I had to get the staff to turn it on a few times

"The personal attention of the wonderful owner stood out for us. He went out of his way to collect us from the ferry and take us to the airport the next day. He provided us with a fabulous breakfast too - the best we’ve had over our whole trip. We loved meeting him and talking to him."

When it was raining a bit water dripping inside from roof. But it’s ok bcs I think that’s drawback from the building design.

"The place is not a 5-star guest house, and I was pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated. The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean, and the facilities were better than some of the hotels I have stayed in across Africa. My bed was even a TV bed — I connected my MP3 player and listened to music through the bed speakers… great experience! The location is excellent, with the airport just a stone’s throw away. The staff even went out to buy takeaway food for me when I requested it, which I really appreciated. I do wish they had WiFi, but I understand they may be keeping their costs down. However, I was given a pre-loaded SIM card to make calls to my family, which was a thoughtful gesture."

"Our group of 20 had an absolutely wonderful stay at Stellas in Ziemupe. The holiday home exceeded our expectations, with 10 spacious bedrooms that perfectly accommodated each couple. The jacuzzi was a fantastic addition, and having a private beach just 400 meters away was a dream! We spent a beautiful day and night enjoying the peaceful surroundings and watching a stunning sunset by the sea. The two kitchens, one large and one smaller, made meal preparations easy and seamless for our group. The host was incredibly responsive, ensuring our check-in was smooth and that we had everything we needed. The thoughtful amenities provided made our weekend stay feel effortless and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or experience! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with a large group."

"Had an amazing stay at Akunamatata and would highly recommend it. The house was clean and spacious and only a few minutes from the Main Street of Grand Case and the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed while away. The outdoor area was relaxing and the bed very comfortable. Although we were sharing the house with other people it was a perfect place to stay. "We had an amazing stay! The hosts Kristina and Kozma and their cute little dog were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. They even shared the tastiest fresh tomatoes from their garden. The balcony had a gorgeous view over the sea, and they were kind enough to give us a ride back to Vlora. Honestly, such lovely people – highly recommend!"
