"On the flipside, I was a bit disappointed that the room didn’t have a kettle or an iron box, which would have added to the convenience. It also would have been a nice bonus if the accommodation had a pool. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise excellent experience."

"Convenient location for anyone that wants to have a fully immersed cultural experience.We enjoyed the day and evening walks around Lamu town.It was also pretty quiet at night allowing room for a good nights sleep.The breakfast was good considering what we paid...the tropical fruits were tasty."

"The position on the water front and ease to walk around. The beds were very comfy and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend for a stay on Lamu Island. After arriving in Watamu, we realized how good it was."

"The place is nice and comfortable, the room was spacious enough to spend few nights. It is close to the boats, thus you can easily commute. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed them being the only guests in the house."

"Huge mosquito attack at night. Be aware of this and do not leave open window at night. Air conditioner did not work very well."
