"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The team was very welcoming and professional, especially Fadi at the reception, who made us feel right at home. They responded quickly to all my requests and went above and beyond by allowing my family and me to check in early at 10:30 AM instead of the usual 2 PM. The hotel apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect—conveniently surrounded by many shops. Considering the quality and service, the price is very reasonable. Thank you very much for the great experience. I will definitely come again and recommend this place to my friends."

"the appartment is letel bet smale has 2 rooms & 2 Bathrooms, but the room is letel smale & 1 Bathroom is very small other bathroom is good but the whater from the shawer spray all over the floer. also the internet alwisy desconected."
"We enjoyed our stay at Rihanna. The appartment is clean, the entrance with 24hr staff is nice and safe. Anything missing/wanted could be asked from staff. The WiFi router on the go they provided was handy. A special shout-out to Fady the night receptionist who after I checked out to move to another hotel because of private circumstances kept in touch, asking if I was OK, really caring. Thanks!"
