"My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. Everything was well organized, clean, and thoughtfully managed. The room was not only comfortable but also beautifully maintained, offering all the comfort and relaxation I needed. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and cared for — always smiling, helpful, and professional. I would like to give a special thanks to the manager, Stephany, whose warmth, attention to detail, and personal touch made all the difference. She made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in with such sincerity — it left a lasting impression. The location was perfect, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the service was top-notch. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back!"*"

"HOtello was an amazing experience! We felt like home, and the team is extremely friendly and lovable. They did their absolute best to serve us, provide a taxi for us and make sure everything is settled and that we are comfortable. We are definitely planning to come here again next time we're in Lebanon, given the great experience and the very reasonable prices. Special thanks Stephany, Jebril and Abou Salah :))!"
"Coming from an Arab country, we wished there was a bidet, other than that the place was perfectly clean"
