"The property is about 50m from beach. One can enjoy the view of the Indian Ocean from the rooftop while enjoying food. There's a train track running close and is a source of entertainment. Every time a train passes, we were running to the balcony like kids. Breakfast is not included. All meals have to be paid, which is fine. The Chef Madhu is a good cook. He customised the menu for our Indian taste. The owner Mrs. Stephanie is very cordial, always smiling, and is a professional. She works personally and supervised most of the works. It was our last place of stay in Sri Lanka, and we rested a lot. Made a couple of visits to the beach and the city. The city is located about 15 km. Tuk Tuks and Cars are available and we used Uber."

I stayed here on the st Valentine's night before my flight and the receptionist warned me that the hotel was fully booked and might be loud due to the celebration, but i didn't hear anything and had a great sleep before my departure"
