The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Exterior and Amenities: The exterior of the hotel looked nice and well-maintained. It created a good first impression when we arrived."
"Room Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The pillows and bedsheets were very dirty, with visible dirt from previous guests. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean as expected, and the bed was not very comfortable, which impacted the overall comfort of our stay."
