Eloi Mougenot, who has a degree from Gérardmer’s Istrukturang Pang-Hotel Management School, does the creative cooking for his regular clientèle while Brigitte Mougenot provides a pleasant service. Property is very well located, close to the city center and ideally located for workers neeatg an easy access to Capellen. Property is a small family house with restricted services and timetable.
