"We liked everything, we have got super nice, big room with big balcony and we saw part of the seaside. Also we celebrated wedding anniversary so we have found some sweeths and bottle of wine, thanks again! The personal are amazing, we have been with 1 year baby and they always were speaking with her, always with smiles. The dinners were amazing, planty of different food and everything was good quality , i recomment to take dinners for sure there :) the cakes were amazing :) Spa zone for children is nice and very warm . Other spa also nice with nice views :) I recomment this hotel for sure ! :)"

"The water of the jacuzzi outside was not heated (while last year it was heated and kids were alowed there!) and that the water in the kids pool is also not heated. It will be more confortable for all the family if in the winter months the water is heated."

"Really lovely location, although some would say it’s like nowhere and nothing around. But it really suited us - quiet and peace. It’s quite large and new. Close to the ferry terminal to Gozo. Staff are really lovely and try their best to keep everyone happy. We had Muhammad at the reception and that started our very good trip."

"We happened to be there on Vday weekend and Carnival weekend, hotel was crowded, or should I say full capacity so it was alittle chaotic at meal times. But it’s not really a bad point."

"The hotel was a perfect choice for a one-week family trip. It’s a bit far from the city and main attractions, and there weren’t any shops nearby, but the view was stunning and the surroundings were very peaceful. Everything was new, and the hotel never felt crowded — there was even a day when we had the pool area all to ourselves. The half-board meals were tasty and varied, especially dinner, although breakfast was always the same. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely return."

"I loved the facilities, friendly staff, the sea-facing room, and the view. It was the first time we went on holiday and, instead of sightseeing, we preferred to stay in the room and simply enjoy it. The view was spectacular. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing. We especially loved watching the sunsets from our balcony. It felt so special that I would happily come back just for the view again. Sorento restaurant where we got our breakfasts and dinners was very good buffet style, variety of meals. Everyone got something they liked."

"One thing I didn’t like was the check-in experience. Even though we booked and paid extra for a sea-view room, we were initially given a room with a different balcony view. After I had already unpacked, I checked my reservation and realised that we should have had a sea-facing room. I went back to reception to clarify, and the receptionist Elena was wonderful. She immediately moved us to the correct room. After that, I dealt mainly with her, as she seemed to be the most competent person there. She handled everything quickly and professionally, including replacing a broken hair dryer. She really deserves special recognition in this review. Staff not once left us a bottle of water in the room. As half board diners you have to pay for drinks at dinner, no water or cordial there for the kids, a bottle of still and sparkling water cost almost €8. They allow dogs into the restaurant also, so you have to listen to them barking over breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, we also didn’t like the hotel’s restaurant, Piatto Nero, where we went once for lunch. The food was very disappointing. I was served a chicken wrap that contained a large piece of chicken skin something you would not expect to find in a meal. I returned it, but they still charged me €14 for it, which I found very unfair. The waiter mentioned it to the chef who said "it was chicken breast", I never seen chicken that colour and it was disgusting. My husband’s calzone pizza was also very poor. It contained egg and frankfurters, and it honestly felt like random leftover ingredients had been thrown together. The experience was so unpleasant that we decided not to go back there again."
