"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. While the hotel looks nice visually, that’s where the positives end."

"The Wi-Fi was extremely poor, the air conditioning didn’t work, the fan was broken, the TV was broken, and even the door lock was faulty. On top of that, the bed sheets were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. Most of the staff were quite rude and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there — or didn’t want guests there — with the exception of a couple of staff members who were pleasant. We genuinely wish we hadn’t stayed here and would not return or recommend it."

"Everything was great overall. Light breakfast, nice and simple. The hotel is very green and peaceful. No smoking on the hotel territory. Good water pressure in the shower. Great location: Walmart is about a 7-minute walk, and the beach is around 6 minutes on foot, and the main street is just 3 minutes away."

"The hotel room had a strong, unpleasant smell and was filled with mosquitoes. I booked the stay as a business trip and requested an invoice in advance, then followed up multiple times by email and through other channels. It’s been a month, and I still haven’t received the business invoice."

"Since the hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, there are a lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast includes only granola with fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. For me it was enough, but for my son — since he is a picky eater — it wasn’t good."

"Lovely smaller property. Breakfast is very basic but decent. Location close to 5th Ave & the beach. The center of the hotel was jungle like, absolutely beautiful. Staff is very professional."

"The noise at night from nearby bars & a nightclub. Not the hotels fault...maybe they should offer earplugs, though. I would have given 9 if it weren't for the noise at night."

"The hotel front door was permanently locked, and you had to buzz to be let in. We had to wear a wrist band. Breakfast was very poor. The pool was cold, in the shade and only had the 3 sunbeds in the photos."
