"Staff is friendly and Juliana really helped us a great deal and we are thankful. Irene is a great and a pleasure to chat with her over our more than enough breakfast. The facility is close to everything, the shops, spa, museum, beach, the snake park, restaurants, and all these places were just around 5mins drive. We travelled with our 3 sons (17, 16 and 12years) and they could play football, ride a bike with the 'uncle' who took care of the facility garden. We felt home. Yvonne made ensured all guests needs are catered for without even taking away our privacy. We stayed for 6 nights and it felt like home for that week. Thank you Team Stay@Swakop"
