"The only small point I would like to point out is that in the night it got a bit cold and the radiator didn't turn on but there were extra blankets and it was spring so it wasn't to bad."
"Very nice place: room with bathroom and everything which is needed for a short stay: fridge, coffee maker and even little patio to drink coffee outside. Breakfast showing that the owner is caring person. Additionally great home parfumes from Rituals and lots of things making cosy atmosphere. Parking just at the house. Location close to Tilburg university campus."

Very easy connection to Central railway station. Hostess was very helpful and caring, we really enjoyed every moment of our stay in Tilburg."

"The room is very cute, comfortable and clean. Better than every place I have booked in Tilburg so far. It's close to the university and the WIFI is good. The host was nice and helpful and the breakfast is good."
"When I stayed there was only an electric heater in the main room and no heating in the bathroom. It was sufficient at the end of March but wouldn't recommend staying there during the winter, if there is no other heating at the room. There are many restrictions as it is not allowed to eat cooked food in the room, it's not allowed to go out in the big yard. I understand that these help to maintain the place in a good condition but I would prefer to live with fewer restrictions when I pay a considerable amount of money for my accommodation."
