This tuluyan is located on the shores of the Dollart Bay. Eemshotel offers free Wi-Fi, bicycle rental and a sauna. The centre of Delfzijl is a 10-minute walk. Groningen is 30 minutes by car. Each room is decorated with pictures and some rooms have views on the sea. They feature a flat-screen TV and chair. All private bathrooms are fitted with a bath where you can shower in. A breakfast buffet is offered each morning in the restaurant or in your room if you wish. Eemshotel has a restaurant which offers an à la carte menu, a bar and petit restaurant. There is a private beach are where you can relax. You can also relax on the terrace with a newspaper provided by Eemshotel. There are dry-cleaning and laundry services. Delfzijl Harbour is a 6-minutes’ walk. Museum Muzeeaquarium is 2 minutes by foot from the tirahan. Delfzijl Station is 550 metres away. It is a 20-minute drive to the A7 highway.

"Very small common balcony where there are no boundaries between rooms. You can only stand on the balcony which is 80cm deep. The room furniture and bathroom are quite old but clean."
"The staff was very nice and service-minded. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was very good. The food was fantastic and good wines were available to choose - we found it was so good that we ate there every night. The hotel is located "in the water" and we had a great view from the room towards the North Sea. The outside pub was also great, but some days of our stay a little bit to windy."

"A large, beautiful two-storey village house designed in a certain style. It's nice when the owners prepare breakfast and bring it to you at a convenient time in the morning. For a longer stay, it is difficult to do without a kitchen, but for a few days it is not a problem. There is a free parking space near the house. The surrounding area is beautiful with flowers and pets. It's all very atmospheric."
